We only accept returns if your Cabletable is damaged or faulty.
Eligibility
- Condition: Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Location: Returns accepted from mainland UK only.
How to report an issue
- Email thecabletables@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and details of the fault or damage.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address if a return is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke or made-to-order colours are non-returnable unless the item is faulty.
