How to report an issue
- Email hello@cabletable.co.uk with your order number, photos, and details of the fault or damage.
- We’ll reply with instructions of how to return your item to our return address which is: 13 Cartsbridge Road, Glasgow, G76 8DP
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke or made-to-order colours are non-returnable unless the item is faulty.
